We're Starting a Mailing List for LOTS OF FUN!!!

So for those of you who know me, know that I LOVE a good deal and coupons!  So, I have been thinking - I wonder how I can promote that same love in my business??  And it has come to me, well the first idea has come to me!  So, I'm asking that you comment here (I've made it available where you just have to comment as "anonymous" with your email address that you check regularly!  Then, I will send you an email to get your address and such!  That way I can send you fun goodies in the mail!

Leah's Turning 2!!!

I was so excited to get together with little Miss Leah and her family to have some fun birthday pictures!  For months I have been envisioning doing a fun birthday party/candy/cupcake theme party of some sorts!  So I was thrilled when momma said - I just want our session to be fun and loved my ideas!  We met downtown and Miss Leah was shy for all of about 2 seconds!  She was not camera shy at all, and made my job SOOO easy!  I told her mom that I would be happy to have her as a model anytime!  haha!  We ended our walk around downtown by setting up our birthday party right on 5th street! Leah seemed to LOVE her very own candy shop and boy did we get some FUN, GREAT shots!  I can't wait to dive into more of the session this week :)!  Thanks again for contacting me to take Leah's birthday pictures!  I had a BLAST and hope that you all had fun too :)!

Gavin Turns 3!!!

Gavin - oh my goodness - what a cute little boy he was!  He was super shy at first, but I'm pretty sure that my slip down the hill (almost into the Wabash River) really lightened the mood for him (and everyone)!  I bet mom had no idea when I promised her a fun session that I'd really start it off with a bang!  hahaha!  Even the slight hiccup didn't stop me from getting lots of great shots the rest of my time with them!  Mr. Gavin finally warmed up to me about halfway through our session and we got some GREAT smiles from him (I'll probably post more of those smiles on here as I edit them...hehehe)!  I even got a hug at the end ::melt::!  I had so much fun chasing him around with his football, soccerball, kick ball (all Toy Story mind you which I LOVED!)!  Our time together was so much fun, and thank you SOOOO much for coming and seeing me all the way from Indy!!

The cutest little pumpkin in the patch!!

I just had to share this picture of my daughter Maycee Grace - is she the cutest pumpkin in the patch or what???  The hat was made by a lady I work with, and I JUST LOVE IT TO PIECES!!!  haha!  I'll more than likely post more as I get to them because after all - it is October and pumpkin season!! :)

A Tea Party for Four!

Toni was one of my first appointments that I booked back in August, and I could hardly wait until September rolled around to finally be able to do their family session!  Little Miss Ava will be 4 years old in a couple months, and she became a big sister this year to Miss Andi Grace (who is now almost 5 months!)  Hard to believe how times flies!  I had been out and about looking for "inspiration" if  you will, and stumbled across this old, silver tea seat!  I knew exactly how I was going to use it - for a little tea party in the park with Miss Ava!  And boy was it a hit - momma messaged me after and said that Ava keeps asking when she can go back for another tea party!  That just melts my heart!  I am thrilled to know when kids actually had FUN during our session, which is something I hope to use A LOT OF!  You can never have too much FUN!!  Thanks again Mahn family for having me capture some memories for you!  I can't wait for you to see the rest - there are SOOO many good ones from our day together :)
